November is here, and so is the pre Christmas stress. Seems to get earlier and earlier every year, right?
Well not to worry as all of us here at Mary’s are ready to give you a helping hand.

Christmas is such a wonderful time of the year, but also the busiest and most stressful. So much pressure is put on everyone to get the best gifts possible. Most people wind up struggling financially, and end up hating Christmas as a knock on effect of all the stress. It’s meant to be one of the happiest times to spend with your most treasured loved ones, not something you dread the thought of.

Here at Mary’s, we decided to try alleviate some of that unwanted stress by creating our Christmas savings club! Now if you’re not familiar with the club then you’re probably asking yourself what is it and how can it benefit you.

Well, it’s simply a way of getting all the toys and gifts you need, without having to pay for them all at once. We take your basic details and set up your club, you pick out the items you want to put away. We take a small deposit from you (amount varies on how many items put away), and then it’s completely your own choice on how you want to pay off the rest. You can pay daily, weekly, all at once etc, it’s entirely up to you! Once the deposit is paid, you have the control! All we ask is that you collect your items the week before Christmas.

The club is open all year round so you can also use it for birthdays, as well as being extra early and organised for Christmas. Thankfully here at Mary’s, we offer a wide range of items as well. Everything from toys to household items. You can potentially get all your other gifts sorted for Christmas, as well as all the other big celebrations through the year. Check out our toy and household departments for more information on the brands we stock.

However if you’d prefer to pop into us in store, our staff will be more than happy to help you to get organised. Plus around this time of year, if you’re looking for a festive atmosphere, what’s better than a toy shop!? Looking at all the Christmas decorations, toys, advent calendars, you name it. There’s nothing better if you ask us. Who knows, you might even spot an elf if you’re lucky!
